years has had a part in drying out thousands of flooded buildings.

Educated at Grosvenor Grammar in Belfast Simon and his wife, Jane, are avid ‘foodies’, if he isn’t making
a meal at home or eating it in some trendy restaurant then he will be watching it on tele.
